Job Summary

Provides psychological assessment in the form of “Observational Diagnosis” to individuals and groups. This may include case management services, referral, and follow-up  consultation with African Federation for Gifted and Talented Headquarters.

Key Job Delimiters

  1. Diagnoses or evaluates candidate metric potentials that will include “Human Rigow Scales”, “Brain Diametrics” and “Clinical Dispositions”
  2. Observes candidates in various situations; selects, administers, and interprets intelligence, personality, or other psychological tests to diagnose innate Talent Ciphers or disorders and provides basic Diagnostic Notes to Talent Experts.
  3. Utilizing various psychological techniques, will be able to select appropriate metrics scales , in a given situation suitable to the prevailing candidate outlay
  4. Documents Candidate Prognosis in accordance with policies and procedures regarding Talent and related records

Education and Experience

A Master’s degree required in Human Metrics, Brain Diametrics or Psychology.  Generally, 5 years of extensive experience in Gift and Talent Assessment is desired but not mandatory.

 

Important Information

We are aware that this may be new to many in Africa and being a Psychologist is closest to what we do. However, even being a psychologist may not automatically make you a Talent Expert at any of the above levels.
