Job Summary
Provides psychological assessment in the form of “Observational Diagnosis” to individuals and groups. This may include case management services, referral, and follow-up consultation with African Federation for Gifted and Talented Headquarters.
Key Job Delimiters
- Diagnoses or evaluates candidate metric potentials that will include “Human Rigow Scales”, “Brain Diametrics” and “Clinical Dispositions”
- Observes candidates in various situations; selects, administers, and interprets intelligence, personality, or other psychological tests to diagnose innate Talent Ciphers or disorders and provides basic Diagnostic Notes to Talent Experts.
- Utilizing various psychological techniques, will be able to select appropriate metrics scales , in a given situation suitable to the prevailing candidate outlay
- Documents Candidate Prognosis in accordance with policies and procedures regarding Talent and related records
Education and Experience
A Master’s degree required in Human Metrics, Brain Diametrics or Psychology. Generally, 5 years of extensive experience in Gift and Talent Assessment is desired but not mandatory.
Important Information
We are aware that this may be new to many in Africa and being a Psychologist is closest to what we do. However, even being a psychologist may not automatically make you a Talent Expert at any of the above levels.
