ORAL SCREENERS
Job Summary
Oral Screeners are the first contact staff you meet at a Talent Clinic. They possess the knowledge to interview and extract a litany of prio-diagnosis information that are used by “next level” experts to make further diagnosis.
Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree and/or Diploma in Psychology or related field . A minimum of 2 years of extensive experience in Public Relations and basic supervision. An additional one year of experience as a candidate advisor is highly desirable.
Important Information
We are aware that this may be new to many in Africa and being a Psychologist is closest to what we do. However, even being a psychologist may not automatically make you a Talent Expert at any of the above levels. It is for this reason that we have stated that you will be re-trained to fit in this job portfolio.
